Our client is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to impact their online presence by generating traffic for our various channels, creating and implementing organic marketing strategies and campaigns. The Marketing Manager will work closely with copywriters, designers, sales, and the delivery team to generate fresh ideas, systems, and processes in order to increase traffic and optimize campaigns. This person will ultimately be responsible for ensuring its effective execution by closely monitoring and reporting on results.
On a typical day, the Marketing Manager will work collaboratively on all of the existing marketing activities: paid and organic marketing, community curation for podcast/youtube channels, and keeping a close pulse on data analytics. You’ll oversee a team of outsourced subcontractors and drive lead generation strategies for the sales team while owning our weekly content calendars. You’ll also be coaching our clients on how to learn the strategies of efficiently marketing themselves to get back in control of their team and time.
This is a position for someone who is highly analytical, performance, and results-driven. We are looking for someone who has the desire to leave an impact on our audience by creating fresh ideas and driving the execution process to produce high-quality results that will help to grow our audience and increase revenue in a company that seeks to change the game for contractors. Ability to work at an extremely fast pace with competing priorities

Previous experience with online marketing with specialization in media buying on social media platforms
Experience writing direct-response copy
Proven experience with analyzing and reporting on data
