Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will be a visionary in creating new campaigns and ideas for organic marketing content, a project manager for all special marketing projects, agency work and internal expectations as well as a quality assurance for all content created for social, podcast, group, coaching calls, course material, webinars.

In a typical week, the Marketing Coordinator will manage our free Facebook group, creating new ideas for content that will provide value and nurture our existing audience throughout the week, work with agency partners on paid advertising campaigns, prepare reports for the weekly Marketing Team meeting and ensure timely distribution of the Podcast by ensuring show notes are prepped ahead of time and the editing process runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating: Spearhead the distribution of content and innovate new ways to support lead generation for our business  

  • Managing: Oversee projects from inception to completion, delegating tasks to the appropriate parties

  • Organising: Streamline production and maximise the use of content created for social, podcast, group, coaching calls, course material, webinars, gathering all pertinent information for reporting at weekly meetings

  • Team: Get to know all of the resources in the business and how they can be used to efficiently manage projects
