Executive Assistant

Our client is seeking a sharp and resourceful Executive Assistant to streamline internal processes and communication in order to sustain our thriving online coaching program. The ideal candidate is organized, dedicated and has the ability to anticipate the needs of our team in order to clear the path for them to execute on all projects while enabling maximum results for our clients. 

The Executive Assistant will be the midpoint between the CEO/COO and the rest of the business, ensuring tasks are delegated appropriately, new hires are made and onboarded, internal calendars are up to date, teams are kept accountable and the internal communication process of the business runs smoothly. 

The Executive Assistant will have insight to all aspects of the business and will have the opportunity to work with all teams to ensure the execution of projects and day-to-day operations within the business. This role will have the autonomy to make decisions that impact leadership and the rest of the team alike.   

The ideal candidate for this role is definitely Donna Paulsen from Suits or someone who is a natural at seeing the C-level vision and strategically executing it within the resources of the business, freeing up the A-players to do their best work. You will have the opportunity to take extreme ownership of this role and showcase your witt while collaborating with a team who is equally as passionate.

  • Team: Get to know all of the resources in the business and how they can be used to efficiently manage projects

  • Experience as an executive assistant in a fast paced environment preferred
