Our client is seeking a highly organized critical thinker as a Client Success Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of a fast-growing YouTube Ad agency. The Client Success Coordinator will report directly to the CEO and will work alongside a team of media buyers, creative copywriters, and video editors as a growth-minded contributor. The person in this role will have the important responsibility of owning our client onboarding process and act as the first point of contact for all client-related queries in order to ensure that we continue to scale effectively and efficiently.

On a typical day, the Client Success Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling appointments, communicating with clients via email and Slack, and managing the onboarding of all of our new clients. Your role is key to ensuring that our clients get the support, care, and guidance they need to scale their ad accounts. As our dedicated Client Success Coordinator, we will also count on your creativity and foresight to spot opportunities for improvement and further growth. You will provide an organized and systematized working environment, including organizing SOPs, building out email templates, and owning the client-facing role to allow the CEO to function within their zone of genius.

This is a truly cross-functional role that will have a lot of autonomy, so we are looking to add someone onto the team who is a team player and loves being a go-to person in the business. Responsibilities:

  • Team:

    • Work with the team to delegate responsibilities and create a culture of ownership, accountability, and timely project completion

  • Client Success:

    • Be in charge of onboarding new clients

    • Provide support to clients through email and Slack

    • Evaluate current systems and processes 

  • Process Improvement: 

    • Evaluate the current needs for processes and existing SOP’s

    • Build out SOPs for managing client communications

    • Put systems in place for email communications

Must Have:

  • 3+ years experience in a support role

  • Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions

  • Strong leadership ability with a focus on accountability and proactivity

  • Quick learner with a think-on-your-feet attitude

  • Proven experience with client-facing roles

  • Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to put people at ease and engage with people across all areas and levels of the business

  • Digital marketing or agency experience is a plus
