Job Description

Our client is seeking a full-time Account Manager who will work remotely to help in managing our growing clientele, ensuring them a smooth overall client experience. This role is key in ensuring our clients feel supported and receive the most value out of our programs.

On a typical day, the Account Manager will be responsible for having regular scheduled calls with each client, answering all their queries and all pertinent information to the media buying team. The Account Manager is responsible for monitoring all assigned accounts, tracking KPI’s and acting as a liaison between the clients and internal teams with an emphasis on client success and upselling.

This is a position for someone with strong leadership and communication. As we grow, there is an emphasis on keeping client communication efficient and clear while offering structured guidance to our clients, always being the “go-to” for our clients. The right candidate is one who is attentive, proactive, and passionate about helping our team and clients!

Responsibilities:

  • Learning: Show up hungry and ready to learn new ways to serve our clients on an ongoing basis 

  • Support: Keep in communication with the clients and ensure that they receive accurate and supportive information as quickly as possible while working collaboratively with the media buying team to ensure that each client is provided the highest opportunity for success from the program

  • Leadership: Proactively address client needs, monitor KPIs and collaborate with media buying team to provide top tier results in order to promote client retention and upsell opportunities


 

Must Have:

  • Ability to work at an extremely fast pace with competing priorities

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Quick learner with a think-on-your-feet attitude

  • A commitment to high standards, excellence, team, and our clients

  • Has knowledge of ads/media buying

  • Familiarity with Asana and Slack

  • Available to work until 5pm PST
