Job Brief:
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Communication & Compliant Handling
2. To ensure closure of Customer Complaints & Reports.
3. To Handle Customer Visits & Audits.
4. To Ensure Compliance of Customer Checklist and Document Submission of Customer Visits.
5. To review internal Processes
6. To have Monthly meetings with Service team – If any critical to discuss with Anoop Sir
7. To have Monthly Meetings – D&D – QC- Production – Stores & Purchase
8. To coordinate with team for Supplier Visits & Vendor Visits
9. To monitor Monthly Vendor visits and check actions on Observations
10. To do communication with Vendor for Rejections & Improvements
11. To keep track with Certification body “ TUV” for yearly ISO 9001:2015 Audits. Complete Process from Planning to Execution.
12. To conduct ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audits with Auditor team
13. To work on Line Rejections & Supplier Rejections. Monitoring & finding Root Cause.
14.Trainings for Processes
15.To work on Quality process of all Departments.
16. To coordinate with Stores for any deviation, rework and internal changes and traceability.
17. To review and work on developing WI & SOP.
18. To implement process on Jigs Validation and Process Validation ( Jigs Maintenance & Leak test/Pull test)
19. To Coordinate with D&D for Drawings of Housing/ Sensors
20. To coordinate for RMPU Inspection – Call to Inspector and plan date of Visit.

Professional Qualification Additional
Quality Management Systems & Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2000)
Institute: Asian Institute of Quality System – Pune.
Internal Auditor Course (ISO 9001:2008, 14001:2004 and 18001:2007) – Year 2013
Internal Auditor Course (ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 18001:2007) – January’17
Team Leader for ISO 9001:2015 (Bureau Veritas)
