Responsibilities:
Personal assistant duties:
- Diary and email management.
- Acting as a prime point of contact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sending email responses on the Director’s behalf.
- Proofreading of documents
- Reviewing and improvising PowerPoint presentations and documents.
- Driving internal management meetings, preparing meeting agenda and minutes.
- Following up on open action items with the team.
- Organizing end to end travel
Office Administration duties:
- Manage and update the internal portal with timesheets, leaves, employee information, projects, and sales opportunities.
- Validating employee's expense reimbursement as per the policy.
- Assisting employees with their relocation.
- Inducting new staff by running an orientation program with them.
- Mail and courier management.
- Organize corporate travel, flights, and accommodation.
- Organize events within the assigned budget.
- Organize, set up, and assist in marketing events.
- Maintaining an office in a tidy state, Petty Cash, and office supply management.
- Be the first point of contact for the external audience (meet and greet).
Skills Required:
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in PA and office administration, must have local experience
- Intermediate to advanced level in MS Office Suite and Share Point.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and QuickBooks would be an advantage.
- Self-starter, quick learner, able to work as a part of a team and individually as well.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Strong time management skills.
- High level of attention to detail
This role is open for Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents only. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary dependent on their level of experience between $50 -$70K plus Superannuation.
