Our client in Brampton is seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to join their fast-growing team of technicians to service clients daily. This position is a full-time with an employer that’s been in business for over 45 years.
Responsibilities:
- Familiar with monthly KPI’s and Absent Management
- Open and close work orders
- Liaison with upper management and other department managers
- Organizing quarterly service communication meeting for technicians
- Responsible for managing all field service personnel
- Responsible for the reporting Department’s revenue
- Responsible for production of all technicians
- Manage fleet of field trucks
Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the Forklift Industry
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Industry knowledge and product line
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Outlook mandatory
Salary:
- $80 - $90k a year + Bonus & Deferred Profit-Sharing program
