Experience in Sourcing screening, sourcing, coordinating interviews, and negotiating with candidates. Personnel in shortest turnaround time in Contract, Contract to hire and Permanent positions.
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, Internet Explorer.
Experience working as a complete life cycle recruiter right from advertising, filtering resumes, job posting, and pre-screening, background/reference checks, calling prospects and closing the requirement.
Worked with candidates holding visa status like H1B, H1B-Transfer, GC, Citizen, TN and EAD’s.
Advance use of job boards like Dice, Monsters, Techfetch, CareerBuilder, Indeed and linkedIn
Responsibilities:
Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
Skills Required:
