GovTech Trainee Customer Success
(f/m/x, in Berlin, full-time, 1 year, starting ASAP)
About the role:
As an early-stage startup we are looking for someone with strong communication skills as an Intern for our Account Management Team to contribute to building a successful and engaging customer journey.
As a GovTech trainee, you will focus on Customer Success for the first 6 months of your traineeship and will have the opportunity to switch to another team (e.g. Business Development, Product or Sales) for the remaining 6 months, depending on your interest and the different teams’ needs at that point. Subject to performance, the traineeship is designed to lead to a permanent position with Polyteia.
What you’ll do:
You will play a significant role in strategizing and ideating with the Head of Account Management on how to create a successful customer journey
You wear the hat when it comes to envisioning formats and building channels to support our users to productively engage our solutions in their work life
You will communicate with our users in webinars or support calls to boost the company’s understanding of how we can improve our products to make government decision-making better and more efficient
You will build and maintain the respective workflows in our Customer Releationship Management (CRM) system Hubspot
You interact and collaborate with internal colleagues from the Product and Marketing teams on a daily basis
What you’ll need:
You would describe yourself as a hands-on person and like to create processes and structures
You have strong skills in communication
You speak German on a business fluent level and are fluent in English
You have working experience in a similar field
You have a process-oriented approach and love diving into technical tools, like Hubspot
Plus: You are interested in the public sector and supporting its workforce in delivering better services
