As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of creative and digital projects from inception through to completion. This includes identifying project scope, clarifying deliverables, anticipating needs, understanding timelines, sourcing vendors, and managing client, vendor, and internal communications.
You will need to be comfortable in the weeds—specifically helping to drive day-to-day deliverables, managing client creative feedback, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of deliverables. Deliverables that you’ll be responsible for driving forward include: product and lifestyle photography and videos, social ads, landing pages, email campaigns, e-commerce and/or Amazon pages.
This role will report to our Creative Director and work side by side with our Account Managers to coordinate work by internal and external teams.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and owning the delivery and quality of project deliverables
- Scoping projects and gathering requirements
- Managing projects end to end
- Direction and evaluation of project management process
- Building, maintaining and executing on project timelines
- Setting up projects and managing them within Trello
- Receiving, delegating, and managing the implementation of client feedback
- Creating detailed creative briefs for internal and external teams
- Updating and maintaining project tracking
- Acting as liaison between clients and project team
- Tracking each project’s status; maintaining an intimate knowledge of the project’s health, including QA oversight
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a project management and/or producer role at a creative or digital and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing role
- Strong working knowledge of digital and social media creative assets
- Great communication, people, leadership, organizational, and project/time management skills
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- The ability to prioritize and consistently handle multiple tasks across multiple clients and teams
- Flexibility when it comes to changing priorities, while still meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail, while simultaneously seeing the bigger picture
- A willingness and ability to learn
- A positive attitude when executing tasks across accounts
Ideal Candidate
- Experience with Trello (or similar project management software)
- Proficiency with Google Suite products: Slides, Sheets, and Docs
- Experience with Figma (or Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience with Mailchimp (or similar CRM software)
- Experience with HTML
- Experience in Slack or similar platform
Specifics

- Remote position (at least through June 2021 due to COVID 19)
