Pixel is an innovation and growth marketing studio, helping Fortune 500 brands test and launch new products. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you are our resident paid social and search expert, responsible for strategy, management, optimizations, reporting, and client communications.  You'll work with global brands, helping them validate, launch, and scale across paid digital channels from Facebook to TikTok and Google.

Responsibilities

  • Driving paid social and search strategy for a portfolio of Fortune 500 brands
  • Setting and hitting client targets 
  • Building and monitoring campaigns to ensure that accounts are pacing well relative to budgets and targets
  • Implementing testing initiatives to improve performance e.g. offer, creative, and channel testing
  • Collaborate with creative team to produce new campaign assets 
  • Responding to client emails and leading client calls
  • Prepare weekly and monthly client reports
  • Develop internal systems to setup, monitor, and track paid media performance

Skills Required

  • 2+ years of paid social experience and 1+ years of Google ads experience (strong preference for candidates with e-commerce experience)
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding client goals and targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirited and a self-starter; able to work both independently and in a team environment
