Job Brief

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager & Basic Graphic Designer to elevate our online presence. In this role, you will be the voice and the "eye" of brand. You’ll be responsible for managing our Platforms across all social platform and have basic ideas of design and design tools for graphics. 

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Design eye-catching social media graphics, carousels using tools like Figma, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Platform Management: Plan and execute a monthly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and post on daily basis. 

  • Copywriting: Write compelling, platform-specific captions with help of AI that reflect our brand voice and encourage user interaction.

  • Community Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive community and handle customer inquiries.

  • Trend Spotting: Stay on top of viral trends, audio, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.

  • Performance Reporting: Track weekly engagement metrics (reach, likes, shares) and adjust the strategy based on what the data shows.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals and messaging align with our brand guidelines and aesthetic.

Skills Required

  • Graphic Design Basics: Basic in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express (Photoshop/Illustrator is a major plus).

  • Social Savvy: Deep understanding of the algorithms and "best practices" for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience with basic photography or product styling.

  • Understand the basics of "Social SEO" (using keywords in captions and bios).
