Job Brief:


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with delivery and Warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.
  • Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely.
  • Preparing purchase orders. Follow-up with Finance for payments.
  • Updating all records of purchased products. 
  • Preparing and Maintaining Purchase Reports for performing cost analysis.
  • Submitting all the documents required by account & finance for commercial & statutory compliances.



Skills Required:

  • Function Area: Pharma Export
  • Job Type: Full-time | 9:30am-06:30pm
  • Qualifications: Any Graduate / MBA / Foreign Trade- PG Diploma / Higher degree preferred
  • Experience: More than 6 months of work experience with Pharma Company/Chemical Company/Pharma Export Company.
