We're seeking empathetic individuals who can support management and also interact with our vendors & customers while providing and maintaining quality, “best-in-class” customer service.

Essential Duties:

 

 

• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.

 

• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

 

• Communicate with customers and vendors through various channels.

 

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

 

• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.

 

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional customer support.

 

Salary: $18.50 to $22.00 /hour. Based on Performance and Experience.

Skills Required

 

Requirements:

 

• High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.

 

• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

 

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

 

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

 

• Ability to meet required goals and quotas.

 

• Positive and service-oriented attitude.
