Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with researching travel options and coordinating bookings
• Support clients before and after travel with questions and trip details
• Communicate reservation confirmations, travel updates, and itinerary information
• Maintain organized records of client bookings and preferences
• Work with travel suppliers to coordinate reservations and availability
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service throughout the planning process
• Stay informed on travel promotions, destination updates, and supplier offerings
