Bilingual Health Technician (Spanish/English) – Temporary with Per Diem Opportunity

Location: Vancouver, WA clinic
Position Type: Temporary
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Coverage: July 2026-November 2026, per diem opportunity after this range.
Pay Range: $22-25

Performance Occupational Health is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Bilingual Health Technician (Spanish/English) to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential to transition into a per diem role after the assignment ends.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for short-term work with long-term potential in a supportive, community-focused clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist provider with patient exams, procedures, and testing
• Perform vital signs, rooming, and patient intake
• Communicate and translate for Spanish-speaking patients
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms and equipment
• Accurately document patient information in the EMR
• Support front desk and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Position Details:

• Temporary role
• Expected duration: July 2026-November 2026
• Opportunity to continue in a per diem/on-call role after coverage ends
