Job Brief
We are looking for a leader who is hands-on to run Pepperdata’s Demand Generation / Growth Marketing. Pepperdata is a cost optimization platform for Big Data and Kubernetes. We are a $34M Series B backed by Costanoa, Signia, SVDC, and WING ventures.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of Pepperdata's marketing campaigns across a variety of channels including email, webinars, events, website, paid media, and more
Strategy – Lead the development and execution strategy by product and segment, including our inbound lead acquisition and outbound account-based marketing strategy
Work with Sales/SDR to align demand generation with sales efforts
Optimize campaigns across the marketing and sales funnel to maximize leads, pipeline, revenue and lifetime value while minimizing cost of acquisition
Collaborate and develop strong alignment with marketing and sales leadership to ensure agreement on priorities, challenges, and opportunities
Qualifications
5+ years of B2B marketing experience
Demonstrated success in the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
Good understanding of demand generation best practices, and how to engage prospects and customers at multiple points through the customer journey with a keen test-and-learn mindset
Excellent project management and communication skills; can independently drive multiple programs
Account-based marketing (ABM) experience is a plus
