Demand Generation Marketer

Job Brief
We are looking for a leader who is hands-on to run Pepperdata’s Demand Generation / Growth Marketing. Pepperdata is a cost optimization platform for Big Data and Kubernetes. We are a $34M Series B backed by Costanoa, Signia, SVDC, and WING ventures.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of Pepperdata's marketing campaigns across a variety of channels including email, webinars, events, website, paid media, and more

  • Strategy – Lead the development and execution strategy by product and segment, including our inbound lead acquisition and outbound account-based marketing strategy

  • Work with Sales/SDR to align demand generation with sales efforts

  • Optimize campaigns across the marketing and sales funnel to maximize leads, pipeline, revenue and lifetime value while minimizing cost of acquisition

  • Collaborate and develop strong alignment with marketing and sales leadership to ensure agreement on priorities, challenges, and opportunities


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience

  • Demonstrated success in the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Good understanding of demand generation best practices, and how to engage prospects and customers at multiple points through the customer journey with a keen test-and-learn mindset

  • Excellent project management and communication skills; can independently drive multiple programs

  •  Account-based marketing (ABM) experience is a plus
