• Provide one-on-one behavioral-based instruction in-home, school, and community.

• Assist client in developing social skills.

• Collect behavior based data for trending and program implementation purposes.

• Record client's progress towards behavior goals and objectives.

• Provide safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors

• Follow the treatment plan, goals, and interventions set by the BCBA.

• Educate parents on reinforcement and early intervention information.

• Educate all families involved, about the role of ABA based interventions in early development.

• Display sensitivity to the cultural and linguistic needs of the clients and families served.

Requirements:

• Rbt's must have at least one years prior experience working with children
• Applicant must be committed to outcomes based treatment
• We are looking for a caring, compassionate practitioner who is dedicated to excellence
• Must have reliable transportation
