Job Responsibilities:

1. The candidate is responsible for generating business from online
Bidding Portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Elance, People per hour
etc. Generate business via portals like Upwork, Guru, PPH and
Freelance.
2. Should have knowledge of Web Development company.
3. Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand
client's requirement and acquisition.

Skills Required:

1. Knowledge of bidding portals ( Odesk, Elance, Web Guru,
freelancer,etc)
2. Getting projects / Making new clients for the company.
3. Bringing new projects through bidding, Client communication,
Proposal making/writing.
4. Sound knowledge of IT terminologies
5. He/ She must have the required skills for handling International
clients.
6. He/ She would be responsible for bidding of Web Development,
Mobile Application Development, Game Development, and Digital
Marketing projects.
7. Must have Excellent Written communication & verbal
communication.
8. Candidates must have an IT Background and should be familiar with
technologies.
9. Generate new leads and contribute to revenue generation.
10. Must have good interpersonal skills.
11. Must be Innovative, knowledgeable, creative and hard-working.
12. Team handling, Multitasking, Quick learner, Excellent
communication & interpersonal skills, Flair for business development.
