*Job Summary:*
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager, Business Administrator, Growth Strategist to lead and oversee activities within our growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Mini Business Managers, Growth Strategist and Administrators, and will play a key role in writing and editing content, producing business case studies, building a vibrant community, organizing trainings programs and events, spearheading HR initiatives, handing graphics and video content creation and driving our overall growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and be adept at using technology and SaaS products to enhance our digital marketing and revenue generation efforts.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Leadership and Management:*
(1) Provide leadership and direction to Mini Business Managers and the Administration team.
(2) Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
*Writing and Editing:*
(1) Oversee the creation and refinement of compelling content for various platforms, ensuring clear, effective communication that aligns with our brand voice.
*Content Creation, Business Case Studies and Community Building:*
(1) Lead the development of insightful case studies that showcase our successes.
(2) Cultivate a strong community by engaging with members, identifying their needs, and facilitating valuable connections.
- *Training Coordination:*
(1) Organize and manage the scheduling and logistics of internal and external trainings.
(2) Ensure trainers and training materials meet the company's quality standards.
- *Human Resources:*
(1) Oversee the hiring process, including interviewing, assessing, and onboarding new staff.
(2) Administer HR-related documents and policies, and handle workplace dynamics.
- *Social Media and Marketing:*
(1) Manage our social media presence and campaigns, engaging with our audience and maintaining a positive brand image.
(2) Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
(3) Content Creation (Text, Graphics, Video, AI) and curation for Social Media and customer communication.
(4) Organising Quiz, Competition and successful execution for subjects covered in Engg, Science, Commerce, Arts, MBA programs, UPSC Exams etc
- *Growth Strategy:*
(1) Develop and execute strategies for business expansion and revenue generation.
(2) Analyze market trends and adapt business plans accordingly.
- *Networking and Partnerships:*
(1) Establish and maintain partnerships with other organizations to leverage mutual interests.
(2) Actively network to identify new business opportunities and areas for collaboration.
- *Technology and Digital Marketing:*
(1) Utilize SaaS products to create high-converting landing pages.
(2) Leverage digital marketing tools to enhance online presence and drive business results.
- *Entrepreneurial Thinking:*
(1) Approach challenges and opportunities with an innovative, entrepreneurial mindset.
(2) Identify and analyze new business models that could contribute to the company's success.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate student
- willingness to prove team building, leadership and team management skills.
- Strong written or verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Familiarity analytical thinking and programming knowledge with SaaS products, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Talent for networking, partnership building, and community engagement.
- A track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful business strategies.
- HR and hiring experience, with a keen understanding of organizational dynamics.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, and make decisions like an entrepreneur.
*Compensation:*
Will be disclosed in the interview or the offer letter.
We typically provide 2000 per month fixed stipend for Remote, Work-From-Home internship
