We need people who are passionate about Digital Marketing.
All our Clients are Digital Marketing Agencies. We use Naukri.Com to hire experienced candidates for our clients. We will teach everything from scratch and give end-to-end exposure (from starting till the interview). We also have excellent ATS system, and LinkedIn & Indeed are becoming important automated platforms. We are developing entire ecosystem and also a community of digital marketing enthusiasts to offer great digital marketing careers for students and working professionals. 

Responsibilities:

1. Learning & implementing end-to-end HR recruitment operations
This includes (understanding the job opening clearly, screening suitable candidates on job portals (we will provide access), and coordinating with candidates for resumes, interviews etc.
2. Understanding problems faced by recruiting companies, and candidates
3. Taking initiatives and adopting technological advancements to provide recruitment services effectively
4. Helping other teammates finish the task, improving efficiency, interacting with the team and building a good learning culture is crucial
5. It will be an added advantage if you are interested in other subjects, like finance, marketing, psychology, philosophy, humanities, languages, creativity (music, dance, storytelling), or automation. We would love to work with people who have more to live with than just educational qualifications or work.
