Responsibilities:

Learn and implement branding, marketing, advertising, and e-commerce strategies specific to the beauty and fashion jewellry industry.


Enter and update product information, pricing, and inventory data in e-commerce platforms with precision and attention to detail.


Verify and correct product discrepancies to maintain accuracy and enhance the customer shopping experience.


Ensure timely and accurate product data entry following established procedures and guidelines.


Collaborate with team members to address e-commerce platform-related issues and optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion.


Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure consistency and quality of product information across all channels.


Maintain product data integrity and uphold brand standards to enhance customer trust and satisfaction.


Uphold confidentiality when handling sensitive product and customer information.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in e-commerce, marketing, or related field.
  2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in product data entry and management.
  3. Basic computer skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  5. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  6. Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and external partners.
  7. Typing speed of at least 25-30 words per minute with a focus on accuracy.
