Responsibilities: 
	- Developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's growth plans.
 
	- Achieving revenue and margin targets through the acquisition of new business.
 
	- Generating high-quality leads that result in winning new projects and client accounts.
 
	- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies in India.
 
	- Crafting persuasive business proposals and effectively presenting them to clients, while negotiating and closing sales.
 
	- Managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to conversion.
 
	- Representing the agency at industry events and conferences, effectively networking and promoting their services.
 
	- Staying current with the latest developments in the digital marketing landscape.
 
	- Demonstrating initiative, drive, and flexibility, including travel as required.
 
	- Prior experience in digital marketing sales, including proficiency in selling social media marketing, SEO, apps, videos, PPC ads, etc.
 
	- A strong background in hardcore sales, with the ability to multitask effectively.
 
	- Capability to conduct interviews of potential candidates for the team.
 
	- Experience specifically within the digital marketing agency sector.
 
	- Immediate availability to join the team is required.
 
	- No fresher; candidates with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience will be considered.
 
	- Proficiency in identifying and acquiring clients through platforms like Upwork.

	- Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and pitching skills.
 
	- Self-motivated, well-organized, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
 
	- Bachelor's degree or MBA qualification.
