Responsibilities:
1. Competitor Analysis:
•Check out what other beauty and fashion brands are doing on Instagram reels and social media.
•Share insights on what's working well for them.
2. Make Platforms Work Together:
•Figure out how we can use Instagram reels' popularity to shine on YouTube for our beauty brands.
•Come up with cool ways to reuse our content on different platforms for the best results.
3. YouTube Shorts Plan:
•Plan out how we can create awesome and shareable content specifically for YouTube shorts.
•Keep an eye on any changes in theYouTube Shorts rules and adjust our plans accordingly
4. Team Up with Influencers:
•Work closely with our influencer team to team up with influencers who match the latest social media trends.
•Give influencers guidance so they fit into the story we're telling with our brand.
5. Presentation and Planning:
•Create presentations that explain the latest trends on social media and what our competitors are up to.
•Work with the creative team to make visuals for these plans and show them to our team.
6. Trend Monitoring:
•Keep checking out what's new on social media, especially in the beauty world.
•Use the latest trends to keep our brand looking fresh and exciting.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
•Proven experience in social media strategy development and execution.
•In-depth knowledge of the beauty industry and social media landscape
.•Strong analytical and presentation skills.
•Experience managing influencer collaborations and teams
