Job Description


We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist  responsible for planning, managing and executing our online marketing campaigns on established and emerging social channels. You must have a proven track record of establishing successful marketing campaigns in a fast-paced technology companies focusing on a B2B and consumer based products.

As a digital marketer, your primary objective will be to facilitate the sales team through lead generation as you’ll be responsible for conceiving, driving and implementing initiatives to increase brand presence, improve product adoption and user conversion.



  • Develop and implement marketing strategy and roadmap for our products.
  • Create marketing plans aligned with our business goals.
  • Work closely with our product development teams on the go-to-market strategy based on each product
  • Design and maintain marketing database for email, social channels and display ad campaigns.
  • Drive forward SEO and SEM with internal and external partners.
  • Benchmark marketing performance and prepare reports. 
  • Partner with key stakeholders in preparation of high quality content, landing pages and manage publication life-cycle
  • Manage adwords and other paid channels
  • Set targets and build strategies to help achieve them
  • Create and test ad copy for operational efficiency
  • Create and optimise landing pages to increase signups
  • Develop and implement campaigns to better lead quality and beat the competition
  • Perform data analysis around web traffic and other key metrics
  • Monitor KPIs, and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across many online channels
  • Draw meaningful conclusions from campaign data and identify potential opportunities for improvement
  • Communicate with team members on campaign developments, timelines, and results


  • 5+ yrs of progressive marketing experience in the implementation of digital marketing activities especially for the website, blogs and social media campaigns, the analytics and optimization as well as online content development and SEO/ SEM.
  • Proven experience building campaign strategies from scratch
  • Excellent Excel skills – familiarity with pivot tables and vlookups is a huge bonus
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms to capture key metrics
  • Experience working with data
  • Experience as being highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Experience with Google Ad-words and Photoshop.
  • Experience with managing campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging social channels.
  • Experience with and knowledge of Hubspot is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Top notch PowerPoint skills and the ability to build a wow-feel for the audience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Mass Communication (preferred but not required)
