Starting from reaching out to pre-qualified leads, to showcasing properties, handling negotiations, and finalizing the sale, you will be the primary point of contact for the buyers, ensuring their experience is positive.

To excel in this position, you must be self-motivated and adaptable. We are willing to wait for the right candidate to pass their exam if they have only completed the licensure course. Responsibilities include engaging with pre-qualified leads to understanding their preferences and requirements in a home, assisting buyer clients with the purchase process (including budgeting and mortgage options), managing necessary documentation for legal property transactions, and ensuring a seamless closing process. You will also be responsible for scheduling showings, presenting homes, and attending open houses on behalf of potential buyers. Acting as a liaison between the buyer and the seller or listing agent, your goal will be to ensure a mutually satisfactory transaction.

Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is a prerequisite for this position. A proven track record of successful real estate sales, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a valid U.S. driver's license for travel by car are required. Applicants should hold a high school diploma, although a bachelor's degree is preferred. Familiarity with the local real estate market and current trends is also expected.
