We provide our agents with qualified leads and are currently expanding our team due to increased demand for our services. As a Real Estate Agent at Panza Home Group, you will be responsible for managing your own book of business, working with clients to buy and sell homes, and growing your brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Panza Home Group's qualified leads to effectively manage leads and listings
• Manage your own book of business, including working with clients to buy and sell homes
• Utilize Panza Home Group's proprietary technology and marketing tools to effectively manage leads and listings
• Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices
• Maintain a high level of customer service and communication with clients throughout the buying and selling process
• Participate in networking events and develop relationships with local businesses to generate leads and grow your brand

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Real Estate License in the state of Massachusetts
• Prior experience in real estate sales preferred, but not required
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with the Greater Boston Area housing market
