We are Pairing, a tech agency that builds customized software solutions for our clients.

We have an opportunity to embark on a new project where we would be working with a large framework that is component based and works as a rails engine. Accordingly, we are looking for a Ruby on Rails developer who can build and maintain scalable web applications.

The Ideal candidate will have experience working on large software projects. If you’re just starting out on ruby but have great experiences working with other frameworks, we would love to hear from you as well.

As an ROR developer, we expect you to:

• write clean, efficient, and testable code,
• Plan and write algorithms on your own (we would be testing for this),
• Have good English skill (both speaking and writing),
• Have access to computer with good audio and video for zoom calls (we’ll have many), and
• Be available to work for 40 hours, or at the minimum 32 hours per week.
• Ideally be located in Asia or Africa between timezones GMT +0  and GMT +6.
