We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front-End Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality front-end applications that provide a seamless user experience. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Backend Developers, and other stakeholders to deliver intuitive and efficient web interfaces.

About the Role

As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will work primarily on a CRM solution with site and funnel builder, as well as other innovative products within the company. You will have the opportunity to shape the front-end architecture and contribute to multiple projects that impact businesses and users globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Front-End Applications – Build and refine user interfaces for our products, ensuring high performance and maintainability.

• Enhance User Experience – Work closely with users to create seamless and visually appealing sites, landing pages and funnels.

• Integrate with Back-End Services – Collaborate with backend developers to ensure smooth API integrations using Inertia.js for efficient server-side rendering.

• Performance Optimization – Optimize application speed and responsiveness, minimizing load times and improving overall user experience.

• State Management – Implement and manage complex state logic using Redux, Zustand, or other state management libraries.

• Ensure Code Quality – Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce best practices for scalable and maintainable code.

The above responsibilities are not exhaustive, and additional duties may be required as business needs evolve.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• 4-5+ years of experience in front-end development, primarily using React and TypeScript.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern React development practices.

• Familiarity with Inertia.js is a plus but not required.

• Solid experience with responsive design to ensure seamless experiences across different devices.

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clean and maintainable code.

• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and experience working with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Strong understanding of modern web development practices, including performance optimization and accessibility.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus but not required.

• Fluency in English

Work Expectations

• Must be able to work from the office at least two days a week.

• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where technical excellence is valued.
