We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a team of developers, communicate effectively with clients, and manage project requirements.
Proficiency in German at B2 level or higher is mandatory for seamless collaboration with Clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with clients to gather, refine, and document project requirements.
• Translate client needs into actionable tasks and clear deliverables for the development team.
• Ensure smooth communication between the team and stakeholders.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Oversee and participate in testing processes to validate deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues effectively.
• Advocate for best practices in project management and software development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in German (B2 level or higher) and excellent English communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Software engineer, of which at least one is in leadership role as tech lead or project manager.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand, review, and improve code quality.
• Hands-on experience with development, code reviews and software testing.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
