Hello there,

We are looking for a rock-solid Automation Engineer for an AI automation agency that helps high-growth teams replace repetitive operations with custom-built AI agents, n8n workflows, RAG pipelines, and AI chatbots. You will design and build production-grade automation workflows, integrate LLMs and RAG pipelines into real business operations, and connect the tools and APIs our clients run their businesses on. You will take a client's SOP and turn it into a live, reliable automated system — fast. This role requires someone who works independently, takes ownership, and delivers without needing their hand held.

Must Haves

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in automation engineering or a closely related role
• Proven expertise in n8n — self-hosted setup, custom node development, webhook architecture, and error handling
• Strong coding ability in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript to extend workflows beyond what native nodes support
• Deep knowledge of AI and LLM integration including prompt engineering, function calling, memory management, and agent chaining
• Experience building RAG pipelines with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or pgvector
• Proficiency with REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth to build integrations from scratch when needed
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace APIs and CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign

Nice to Haves

• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain or CrewAI
• Experience with self-hosted LLMs (Ollama, vLLM) for privacy-sensitive builds
• Knowledge of voice AI tools such as Bland AI or Vapi
• Experience with Make (Integromat) for legacy client migrations
• Background in Docker and Linux for managing self-hosted infrastructure
• Exposure to LinkedIn automation tools or social media APIs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a bias toward shipping reliable systems over impressive demos
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
