Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers in a consultative sales approach to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in residential sales, preferably in the security or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative security solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Tech-savvy mindset and passion for smart home technology and automation.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer requirements.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Field work required daily in all type of climate conditions and weather
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate our customers’ needs
