Orchestra Technology is looking for a Software Test/Operation Engineer with Master's degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any branch), Math, or related field. Candidate must also have knowledge of: MySQL Database, Android Software test, Linux Shell scripting, LTE, UMTS, GSM, IMS, SIP networks, protocols and signaling.
Duties: Test and operate the next generation Intelli-Agent system with highly-scalable approach. Operate and support projects by using Intelli-Agent for analysis, design, implementation and deployment tasks. Define and measure performance against Key performance Indicators. Understand requirements and developing test strategies, configure, test, and maintain equipment: including Linux server, windows server, mobile devices in different brands and carriers, switches, wireless LAN controllers/AP's and related peripherals. Design and write test/operation scripts based on requirements. Maintain and update test environment used for tool performance evaluation and the development of operational readiness test scenarios. Apply knowledge of analysis, troubleshooting and other comprehensive technologies during lab testing and field testing. Analyze and process the data in Intelli-Agent system by using MySQL, Wireshark, PEXQ and related tools. Communicate with designer and developer about exact issues produced in testing and operation areas. Conduct the work on scheduled running jobs, collecting data and information and posting data to server by using Intelli-Agent system: Including call performance, data performance, Voice quality performance, Layer 1, Layer 3 logs and any related features. Generate the statistic report for customer's business analysis. Provide system performance analysis for next generation telecom intelligent test system. Be responsible for the test of intelligent agent to evaluate the telecom related service (e.g. call setup time, voice quality, call teardown time, handover, Network type statistics). Work independently and as a team member with minimal supervision and mentor juniors. High responsibility and enthusiasm in work and skilled in communication.
