B2B Marketplace Sales Executive is looking to hire a B2B Marketplace Sales Executive.

Duties:
Responsible for converting leads and developing opportunities - Shoppa. in
Liaison between customers and internal departments (production, dispatch, etc.) for sharing the updated status of service pricing and new products.
Capable of handling outbound and inbound calls.
Acting as a consultant to the customers and offering them recommended services and solutions.
Address customer complaints and answer their queries.
Should focus and ensure proper customer services and delivery of products as per T&C.
Ensure timely payments from customers.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Should have extensive knowledge in B2B portals like Indiamart and TradeIndia.
Should have functional knowledge of excel.
An added benefit can be knowledge on the product listing.
