Position Title: Software Developer

Location: Kortrijk, Belgium

Duration: 6 months

Languages: Dutch, English

 

Tasks:

·         Replacement in the EMS team, software development "OCS Media Macula" project

·         Team player

·         Responsible for developing, monitoring and improving the quality of the software

·         Analyze the product requirements and translate them into specifications and architectural designs

·         Support the software development life cycle and Agile development methodologies, specifically Scrum with Continuous integration

·         Develop back-end logic and modern software components

·         Keep track of bugs and fix open issues

·         Provide professional documentation for the developed software modules

·         Support the creation of realistic plans for the development efforts by estimating the necessary amount of work and time

 

Must haves:

·         GStreamer (GObject)

·         C

·         Python

·         Bash scripting

·         Linux (Debian) graphics stack

·         Network knowledge is a plus

·         Proven experience with OO analysis
