Job description
We are looking to add several representatives (Intermediate and experienced) with high motivation to help us with focusing on developing, selling, and promoting OMM Collection. In these positions, you will have the opportunity to develop sales territory by maintaining relationships with existing and future customers, identifying new prospects and following up on potential leads.
 The ideal candidate will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for client accounts, and initially will be working on the list of existing and potential clients.
 Candidates achieve assigned sales targets and promote a favorable image of OMM and its products. Foster and nurture positive relationships with clients and fellow employees. This is not a cold-calling telemarketing position; however, you will be required to follow up on web leads via outbound calling, texts, and emails.
 
Job Duties and Responsibilities
·        Actively maintain, develop and grow accounts to salons, spa, hotels, resorts, fitness centers, beauty stores as a salesperson. This will include a large, pre-existing customer base.
·        Use your sales experience to prospect and develop new business relationships and accounts.
·        Communicate information regarding events, sales goals, sales reviews, and promotions with management team weekly.
·        Work with team to plan and implement social media promotions to promote OMM to clients.
·        Properly manage and organize contents and daily activities on contact manager (CRM)
·        Understand each customer's sales needs to provide real and effective solutions.
·        Deliver excellent customer service.

  • Attend trade shows to promote products and interact with potential customers
  • Identify educational needs and schedule training to support personnel virtually and in-person
  • Execute sales efforts in an ethical and professional manner, assuring a favorable impression of self and the company.

·        Schedule and confirm consultation appointments.
·        Build relationships with clients over the telephone and through web communications.
·        Use appropriate interpersonal skills and communication methods
 
Position Requirements
·        2-5 years equivalent experience in Cosmetic, Beauty industry salon and spa.
·        Strong sales, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
·        Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build positive business partnerships
·        Ability to and prioritize and multi-task.
·        Must have outstanding interpersonal and detail orientation skills.
·        Computer skills utilizing Word, Excel, and contact management software (will train).
·        Will provide product training
·        Must be willing to travel
·        Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
·        Working hour: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00
 
Salary
·        Base rate + Commission
·        Position is full and part-time, and temp to perm.
