Hiring for Business Development Executive:


Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to set up demo meetings with clients
  • Set up first-time or introductory appointments for the other team
  • Following up with leads
  • Generating new business leads.
  • Creating, maintaining a list/database of prospective clients
  • Collaborate with internal and client-facing teams
  • Should adapt to a target-based environment.
  • Should have experience on IT sales like, CRM,ERP ETC.
 
  • Required Candidate profile:
 
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in International outbound sales calling.
  • Ability to have a dynamic approach to sales.
  • Excellent Cold Calling Skills with US accent
  • The US calling exp is mandatory.
  • Willing to work in US Shifts.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Daily reporting
  • Impeccable English Language Communication Skills.
  • Positive Attitude towards the tasks assigned.
  • Active & problem-solving skills
  • Convincing Skills
  • Interdepartmental coordination skills.
