Job Brief:

We’re in search of an Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing sales team. At Next Generation Platform, we are driven to build the most amazing product possible while providing the highest level of customer service. As our enthusiastic and knowledgeable enterprise account manager, you’ll find it quite rewarding to walk customers through our platform to help them achieve success.

Responsibilities:

·Your area of focus will be to own and manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, with the end goal of becoming their trusted advisor and influencer.

·The right candidate will have a deep understanding of Next Generation Platform products, to connect this knowledge to the customer’s concerns about a favorable ROI.

·You will develop and identify new opportunities in the market, and then generate opportunities to expand, such as through up-selling, cross-selling and suggesting add-ons.

·Along the way, you’ll become an expert on the Next Generation Platform products, developing a comprehensive understanding of our capabilities and value.

·This position involves consulting with customers about their core processes and challenging leaders to drive change across their organization.

·You will also create and shepherd promotional programs inside customer organizations to improve awareness and drive their use of Next Generation Platform products.

·An essential aspect of this position is partnering with others at Next Generation Platform to ensure you are successfully managing accounts and responding to all customer feedback.

Skills Required:

·You’ll need at least 5 years of B2B SaaS sales along with experience managing accounts at an enterprise-scale level.

·Take charge of the entire sales cycle. You’re involved from the point of identifying expansion opportunities to cultivating new relationships with major stakeholders, through negotiation and the final contract signing.

·Prior experience in strategy consulting with customers about their available benefit.

·Strong presentation and customer skills, with a clear ability to establish your credibility with executives.

·Excellent writing and speaking skills.

·Display an upbeat, positive attitude while showing empathy and enthusiasm.

·BA or BS degree
