Job summary:

Next Generation Inc, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking a SAP ECP Conversion lead for a 50/50 hybrid remote and on-site role based in Springfield, Illinois.

You will be part of a SAP implementation project, currently in the process of implementing HCM and Payroll. We are looking for someone with experience with all the aspects of data conversion, especially SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll) module.

Responsibilities

• Collect requirements for ECP and WFM conversion
• Data discovery of possible sources for the data
• Interact with Payroll providers to acquire and understand their data.
• Assist with implementation of SAP Employee Central payroll.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of EC and ECP integration
• Strong knowledge of data conversion
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data analysis
• Ability to be on-site in Springfield, IL 2 weeks out of the month (the other two will be work from home remotely).
• Certification desired
