Responsibilities: (Training provided if necessary)

Prepare accurate and timely estimates for joist and deck from contract drawings and specifications.

Utilize Bluebeam, Excel and proprietary software.

Track all addendums and revisions prior to bid time.

Work with engineering to achieve accurate design and efficiency.

Maintain constant communication with sales team and District Sales Managers.

Other duties as necessary.

$20+/hour

40% quarterly bonus based on return on assets.
