Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Call Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to incoming calls from customers, striving to effectively address their every need.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm client appointments via phone and email.
- Facilitate and resolve client service requests.
- Maintain daily contact with customers to document and report on the status of pending inquiries regarding account problems, plus some outgoing phone calls.
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
- Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity.
- Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism.
- Set up client files and obtain necessary information.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated.
Qualifications
- Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Ability to work with customers to resolve inquiries.
- Good computer and typing skills.
- Self-motivated individual.
