Our Solution Factory team creates new applications for customers based on our NavVis technology and takes these to market. This role is ideal for business minds with a profound technology knowledge, who are dedicated to identifying business potentials, launching digital solutions in the market and who want to take up a role in the field of product management. In this role you are responsible for the strategy development, successful market entry and market expansion of one of NavVis technology & products within specific industry verticals. You will work on:

• Taking ownership of one industry vertical, and driving our solution to global success 
• Work closely with other Solution Managers to drive synergies between industry verticals  
• The interface between our sales, marketing and tech teams to ensure our solutions meet stated requirements, and are introduced effectively and timely into the market across various marketing channels 
• Identifying, qualifying, and implementing new technical solutions together with product managers, development teams, and partner companies 
• Positioning your solutions in the market relative to competition, including the development of unique selling propositions (USPs) and key features & benefits 
• Interacting with clients globally to understand their innovation and technology needs via expert interviews, user research, and value workshops 
• Educating prospects, customers as well as your internal peers on best practices by standardizing and evangelizing product use cases & ROI calculations 

You have:

• 5+ years of practical work experience, as a production/layout planner, industrial engineer or similar in the automotive or process industry  
• In depth understanding of digital tools in production or engineering processes, with their workflows and challenges  
• First experience with the topic of laser scanning/reality capturing technology is a plus 
• A relevant university degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Business or similar 
• Very strong analytical problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and presentation abilities with both external clients and internal teams 
• The ability to get things done and to drive change  
• Business-fluency in English, German is a plus
