Sales Executive - Powder Coating

Job Responsibilities

Plan, organize and extend further efforts to achieve the sales target and maximize sales.

· Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients/contractors to explore new business or market opportunities and generate potential or incremental sales of NPFCL products.

· Search for new customers including application of paints and coordinate with Supervisor for submission of tender.

· Continuously follow up with the customer the submitted quotations and arrange.

· Meet and interact with contractors and clients to introduce and provide more information about NPFCL’s product and services with the intention of getting more contracts for marine and protective coating and other meeting with Supervisor and Assistant Manager Outdoor Sales/Sales Manager products.

· Coordinate with marketing department for newly designed marketing products, promotional items and gifts to distribute among valuable clients.

· Keep existing and new customers updated with new products and services and provide them with catalogues and CDs.

· Responsible for liaison with Marketing Department to convey and share accurate reports for maintaining customer relationship and scouting for new clients.

· Coordinate with Accounts Department the collection of bills and follow up with the customer for recovery of such bills in a professional manner.

· Provide different types of reports to Supervisor showing progress of actual sales versus target.

· Communicate with Supervisor for any issues and difficulties to achieve assigned targets.

· Prepare daily visit plan and submit to Supervisor.

· Maintain log for the visited clients, discussion and follow up such clients.

· Coordinate with customer for the advertisement in signboards or different channels.

· Prepare and submit presentations, proposals and sales returns to Supervisor and Assistant Manager for review.

· Report to Supervisor on sales and provide feedback about the marketing of new or established products.

· Provide customer with delivery related information.

· Prepare daily or weekly visit plan in consultation with Supervisor and other sales staff.

· Set meeting of client and NPFCL’s sales personnel in consultation with Sales Manager and Supervisor PowderCoating .

· Preparation of reports on daily work activities and its summary.

· Perform other duties/projects as assigned by Supervisor Project



Skills Required

At least three (3) years’ of experience in sales and marketing from paints manufacturing and selling organization and specialized in Powder Coating paints within Romania.

· Individual shall have good relation with customers and have experience in Marketing and reporting.

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing.

· Proficiency in English

· Technical Knowledge.

· Presentation skills.

· Knowledge of all types of paints.

· Communication skills.

· Good typing skills.

· Competent.

· Determined.

· Enterprising.

· Presentable.
