Who you are
Great Attitude and willingness to learn
Possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a DOT physical
Ability to pass Michigan Department of Agriculture testing (training material and cost of testing provided)
Ability to meet physical job requirements including but not limited to: independently lift or carry 50lbs., walk, stand, and bend for moderate periods of time
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a route that consists of 500 – 600 customers
Service and evaluate your customer’s lawn or landscapes every 4-6 weeks
Work with your customers by evaluating and communicating potential problems
Drive and maintain assigned company vehicle
Safely operate and maintain stand-on machine and other assigned equipment
