What We Offer

• Starting Pay: $20+ per hour for experienced, 3A-licensed technicians
• $1,000 Signing Bonus
  • $250 at 30 days
  • $250 at 60 days
  • $500 at 6 months
• Bonuses & Commissions: Attendance bonus, production commission, and sales commission

Who You Are

• A positive team player with a great attitude and a willingness to learn
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Able to pass a DOT physical
• Hold a Michigan Department of Agriculture license in CORE and 3A
• Capable of meeting the physical demands of the job, including:
  • Lifting or carrying 50 lbs. independently
  • Walking, standing, and bending for extended periods

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a route of 500–600 customers
• Service and evaluate customer properties every 4-6 weeks
• Communicate with customers and provide solutions for lawn care needs
• Drive and maintain your assigned company vehicle and equipment
