About the Role:

As our Customer Care Partner, you’ll:

  • Act as a trusted first point of contact for customers and clients
  • Provide empathetic, professional support to clients when processing and scheduling referrals —many of whom may be navigating challenging mental health or wellbeing circumstances
  • Triage referrals based on sensitive information, including risk of harm
  • Build strong relationships with our Mindstar Coach team
  • Support smooth program delivery and provide crucial business support
  • Collect data and feedback to support vital reporting and client updates
  • Provide administrative support including managing phone calls and email inboxes, updating/creating resources and overseeing all aspects of virtual office management

Your work will ensure every client and stakeholder receives world-class Mindstar care, contributing to a journey of wellbeing and resilience for all.

 What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years in a dynamic administration/program management role (Corporate Health is a bonus!)
  • Experience supporting others facing mental health and wellbeing challenges (MHFA training is a bonus!)
  • Experience in intake and/or triage of referrals highly desirable
  • Exemplary customer service skills
  • Proven ability to build and nurture strong client relationships, with a focus on trust and long-term partnership
  • Hands-on experience with data collection, processing and reporting
  • A demonstrated passion for emerging technologies, specifically AI, with a proactive mindset towards applying these innovations
  • Experience with M365 (incl Power BI), Google Workspace, XERO and Canva
  • Experience working in remote or virtual teams
