Future Compensation Plans
While this is initially an equity-only role, our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes offering tokens to co-founders upon completion of our anticipated public token sale in by this December or January, where we plan to introduce salaries for both full-time and part-time positions.
About the Organization
Launch Lends has been under development for over 3.5 years. We are gearing up to launch:
- Autheo: Our Layer-1 blockchain with integrated social platform for creators to own, expand, and monetize their networks.

POSITION: SENIOR ADVISOR: PUBLIC TOKEN SALE - LAYER-1 BLOCKCHAIN
Launch Legends is seeking a highly connected and strategic Senior Advisor to lead the Public Token Sale (PTS) for Autheo, our groundbreaking Layer-1 blockchain and integrated social platform. This role is pivotal to the success of our token sale, as you will leverage industry connections, shape our sale strategy, and attract high-quality investors to establish Autheo as a leader in Web3. Supported by a leadership team composed of blockchain experts, academics, Fortune 500 veterans, and our in-house blockchain attorney for regulatory guidance, along with a PhD-level blockchain and tokenomics expert, you will play a key role in creating and executing a phased, compliant, and impactful token sale strategy that delivers long-term value.Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution of Public Token Sale
- Market and Regulatory Integration: Collaborate with our in-house blockchain attorney to align the sale strategy with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance. Conduct industry research to stay current with token sale trends, positioning Autheo competitively in the market.
- Tokenomics Design and Sale Structure: Work with our PhD in tokenomics to design a robust sale structure and token allocation plan, with vesting schedules and lock-ups to support long-term token value and community growth.
- Investor Outreach and Relationship Building: Utilize your network to identify and connect with strategic investors, institutions, and influential players in the Web3 space. Develop tailored outreach to attract these stakeholders to the Autheo Public Token Sale.
Pre-Sale and Public Sale Preparation
- Pre-Sale Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a targeted pre-sale phase to engage key investors early and build momentum. Define criteria and incentives for early participants to secure strong support for the public sale.
- Comprehensive Sale Documentation: Oversee the creation of sale materials, including the whitepaper, one-pager, and terms of sale, ensuring clarity, transparency, and regulatory compliance with support from the legal team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our product, legal, and marketing teams to align sale initiatives with Autheo’s vision and operational goals, ensuring consistency in messaging across all communication channels.
Community Engagement and Investor Relations
- Community Building for Token Sale Success: Develop a phased, data-driven community engagement strategy to attract potential token holders and incentivize early adopters and influencers within the Autheo ecosystem.
- Investor Relations Management: Serve as the primary liaison for investor inquiries and updates, providing insights and progress reports to keep stakeholders informed about project milestones and plans.
- Educational Campaigns and Awareness: Partner with marketing to create educational content around Autheo’s token utility, governance model, and ecosystem benefits, enhancing visibility and trust within the community.
Public Sale Execution and Post-Sale Engagement
- Public Sale Oversight: Lead the smooth, secure, and efficient execution of the public sale. Coordinate participant onboarding, including KYC/AML procedures as needed.
- Token Distribution and Compliance Management: Oversee post-sale token distribution, ensuring adherence to vesting and lock-up requirements. Implement transparent tracking and reporting for token distribution.
- Governance and Community Engagement: Encourage token holders to participate in governance and develop long-term engagement strategies to build loyalty within the Autheo ecosystem.
Data-Driven Analysis and Performance Optimization
- KPI Tracking and Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs for the token sale, including metrics on participation, retention, and price stability. Continuously monitor performance to optimize the sale strategy.
- Investor Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze feedback from investors and the community to enhance future sale phases, refining outreach and incentives based on insights to maximize engagement and platform growth.
Qualifications:
- Extensive Blockchain Network: Must have a robust network in the blockchain industry, including connections with investors, influencers, and community leaders. Proven ability to leverage relationships to drive token sale success.
- Proven Token Sale Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing large-scale token sales, especially for Layer-1 or Web3 platforms, with expertise in pre-sale and public sale phases.
- Expertise in Tokenomics and Blockchain Economics: Deep understanding of tokenomics, decentralized governance, and blockchain fundamentals, enabling the creation of sustainable token sale structures and incentives.
- Community Engagement and Retention: Track record of developing community-driven engagement models to attract and retain token holders, fostering long-term loyalty and platform growth.
- Analytical and Data-Driven Approach: Skilled in using data to analyze token sale outcomes, optimize performance, and enhance strategies across sale phases.
- Collaborative Cross-Functional Experience: Ability to work effectively with product, legal, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, impactful token sale campaigns that align with Autheo’s vision.
