We are currently leveraging Web3 technologites to add dimension and depth to blockchain narratives more aligned with music, cultural, and scientific zeitgeist, leveraging AI, NFTs, and other technologies. POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Part-Time Graphic Animator/Motion Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual aspects of our innovative projects. Your creative skills will help define the user experience and visual identity of our initiatives, directly influencing how our projects are perceived and engaged with globally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Branding and Identity: Develop and uphold a strong visual identity that communicates our unique blend of cultural insight and technological innovation.

·       User Interface Design: Create intuitive and visually appealing designs for our digital platforms, ensuring they are accessible and engaging for a global audience.

·       Marketing and Promotional Materials: Design compelling visuals for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, digital ads, and promotional materials that reflect the essence of our projects.

·       NFT and Merchandise Design: Conceptualize and execute distinctive designs for NFT collections and merchandise, aligning with the thematic elements of our projects.

·       Interactive Design: Develop interactive graphics and layouts for digital experiences, including websites, apps, and immersive environments, ensuring they are engaging and responsive.

·       Motion Graphics and Video: Assist in the production of video content, including editing and post-production graphics, which may be used for web, social and community purposes or within digital platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience, supported by a strong portfolio that highlights your creativity and expertise.

·       Animation and Motion Design Skills: Experience in creating animations or motion graphics, adding an engaging element to web interfaces and digital advertisements.

·       Design Software Mastery: Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD) and other relevant animation and motino design software applications.

·       Branding Expertise: Demonstrated ability in crafting and maintaining a cohesive brand identity across multiple platforms.

·       User Interface Design: Skilled in designing user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for web and mobile applications.

·       Collaboration Skills: Exceptional ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic, culturally diverse environment.

 

COMPENSATION:

EQUITY ALLOCATION: Initially, compensation for joining our team will be exclusively in the form of equity allocations from each of our upcoming projects. Post-project launch, monetary compensation packages will be introduced based on project performance and individual contributions. This structure is designed to align the interests of our team with the long-term success of our projects.
