Future Compensation Plans

Initially, this role is compensated through successful TGE is equity with token allocations. However, our comprehensive tokenomics model includes structured token allocations for co-founders upon completion of key milestones. Following the anticipated public token sale in January, we plan to introduce salaries alongside equity and token rewards.

Position Senior BlockChain and Smart Contract Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Blockchain Engineer to join our Layer-1 blockchain platform team, specializing in hybrid Web 2.0/3.0 integrations. This role requires expertise in designing and implementing decentralized protocols, consensus mechanisms, and cross-chain interoperability solutions. You will architect core blockchain infrastructure, lead protocol upgrades, and collaborate with front-end, backend, and mobile teams to build a scalable, secure, and developer-friendly blockchain ecosystem.

 

 Role / Responsibilities 

• Design and implement Layer-1 blockchain protocols using Cosmos SDK 0.50+ and Tendermint Core 0.35+.

• Architect EVM-compatible chains (Ethereum 1.10+), including custom precompiles and gas optimizations.

• Develop cross-chain bridges and interoperability protocols (IBC, Axelar, Wormhole).

• Optimize consensus algorithms (PoS, DPoS) for low-latency transaction finality (≤2s).

• Build smart contracts in Solidity 0.8+ and integrate with CosmWasm 1.4+ for WASM-based logic.

• Design decentralized storage solutions using IPFS 0.15+ and Filecoin for off-chain data.

• Implement REST/GraphQL APIs and gRPC services for blockchain node interactions.

• Lead protocol upgrades and hard forks, ensuring backward compatibility.

• Collaborate with DevOps to deploy nodes via Kubernetes 1.25+ and automate monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana).

• Mentor junior engineers and drive open-source contributions to ecosystem tooling.

 Required Experience 

• 5+ years in blockchain development with Layer-1/Layer-2 protocols (EVM, Cosmos SDK, Substrate).

• Expertise in Cosmos SDK 0.50+ and Tendermint BFT consensus.

• Proficiency in Solidity 0.8+ and Ethereum tooling (Hardhat, Foundry, ethers.js 6.0+).

• Hands-on experience with interchain protocols (IBC, CCIP) and bridges.

• Strong knowledge of decentralized storage (IPFS, Arweave) and p2p networking.

• Experience with Rust 1.70+ or Go 1.20+ for blockchain runtime development.

• Proficiency in API design (REST/OpenAPI, GraphQL, gRPC).

• Familiarity with security audits (Slither, MythX) and formal verification tools.

• Track record of deploying mainnet-ready protocols with ≥99.9% uptime.

• Leadership experience in Agile/Scrum teams with CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions).

• Act as a protocol architect, guiding decisions on consensus, tokenomics, and governance.

• Collaborate with front-end/mobile teams to optimize wallet/dApp integrations.

• Advocate for open-source development and community-driven governance.

• Balance hands-on coding with mentoring to scale the blockchain engineering team.

 Desired Experience 

• Contributions to Cosmos Hub or Ethereum core protocol development.

• Knowledge of zk-SNARKs/STARKs (Circom, Halo2) and privacy-preserving chains.

• Experience with oracle networks (Chainlink 2.0+, Band Protocol).

• Familiarity with DA layers (Celestia, EigenDA) and modular blockchain stacks.

• Exposure to DeFi protocols (Uniswap v4, Aave v3) and NFT standards (ERC-721/1155).
